AayurYoga

This yoga session covers exercise of all body parts. You will be doing Stretching, Strengthening, Cardiac, Abs, Yoga Asnas, Pranayam and Meditation. All these different types of exercises will be practiced across different days.

PranikYoga

Vital force in human body is Prana -The breath. Our Instructor specializes in conducting Pranik yoga and work to activate all 7 solar plexus (Energy Chakras) in the body. You will be learning of various Asnas related with these solar plexuses, Beej Matras and Vowel sounds.

GentleYoga

Gentle yoga is often intended to be easier, less intense, non-strenuous, minimalistic, quiet, meditative, and somewhat restorative.

Pranayam and Meditation

These sessions are designed for doing light stretches, Pranayam and Meditation.
